New Outlook App

I've been using the new Outlook app on my Windows 11 laptop for a good three months now (5 accounts). For all sorts of reason, I need to also now use Outlook on my desktop (Windows 10) but on opening the app assumed all the settings and email accounts would be there but they aren't. Does the outlook app not sync anywhere? I sort of assumed it does.

Outlook will sync but only mail, you still need to add the mail accounts and change the settings. You might be able to transfer settings over but I am not skilled enough to tell you how, and by the time you’ve done it, you could already have setup the email addresses and settings manually.
It is one of the annoyances I have with the Outlook mail app.
After initial setup, whatever you do to mail in Outlook on one PC will happen in the other. Delete, move, sent items etc.

Not that it matters, but what Outlook are you talking about? Outlook 365 or the new Outlook app included with Windows?

Anyway, Outlook has never sync'd where an account setup on one PC, sets on another automatically - that it is if you add abc@joeclowdotcom as an account on one PC running Outlook, and have another PC with Outlook, it's not going to auto appear there. You'll have to setup your email account on each individual PC.

Now if you're talking "email", yes, they can be sync'd across account if using IMAP.

Sorry if I may be misinterpreting, but I just want to be clear as to what you're talking about?
