Her Outlook (the new Outlook) periodically fails to show her contacts. It gets stuck on “Loading People” in the pane, where the contacts would show up. A command of
fixes this, but only very temporarily. Is there some more permanent fix for this? I don’t have her build number, but I made sure a few days ago that all available updates got installed.
