Last fixes - separator looks interesting:

• Fixed an issue that prevented "Restore default settings" in the "Properties" UI from working (#374) (.3)
• Improved some wording in the Properties UI (#377) (.4)
• Added option to show separators between toolbars in the taskbar (#379) (.4)
• "Properties" is restarted when doing an install/update and closed when uninstalling the application (.5)
• "Properties" can open the last used section when starting (.5)

The separator looks ugly on my dark-ish taskbar.

Does it have an option to keep all icons centered in the taskbar?

You can use TaskbarX for that.

There seems to be a small bug if TaskbarX is combined with ExplorerPatcher:

Help Wanted ......... Twice now I have updated first to 37.2 then 37.5 both times it has enabled the language bar thing "ENG" before the clock, Only on this machine, not the other two. if I go to the properties and turn it off it leaves a gap until I restart explorer again. Anyone know a fix?
or what these options mean or do under Language Switcher Flyout style: Windows 11 (default)

Yeah, same thing happened to me too. To be able to hide the language bar on your taskbar again you need to add the "English (United States)" language pack and simply remove it again after. Add a Language in Windows 10

P.S., You can untick "Set as my display language", "Text-to-speech", Speech recognition" and "Handwriting".

P.P.S., This method produces the same result: Add/remove keyboard languages through .bat

If need to remove en-US keyboard layout because it's excessive or "ghost", this script can help:
Name it, for example, Remove_en-US.ps1 and run as admin. It adds en-US layout and the removes it. I used it several times when this layout was added after one of updates (I use US International for English).

As the stakoverflow.com post I linked explains, en-US is automatically added regardless of whether your Windows is a US English version or something else. The en-US pack can only be removed after adding it first, and that is in spite of the fact that it has already been automatically added (strange, but true).

Same here. Should be only a pixel wide.. much thinner than it is now.

Thanks @AndreTen I just don't know what all the options mean for the flyout behaviour and I haven't bothered to try and see, I was hoping someone knew

Because I have a US keyboard and UK setup, If I remove the the US language the @ and " keys are swapped over again

I see. I didn't know that you actually had a US keyboard. My bad. :) Have you tried the solution that Valinet suggested in my thread on GitHub here?

Thanks @hdmi Yeah, It's a great laptop, but to get all the "extra" memory and SSD etc in black colour that option only came with the US keyboard. Never a problem now I set it up Just got to type in the 0163 to get the £ sign. Anyway, that is the way I do it but it takes longer as I have to do that and when the language bar disappears it leaves a gap where it was until I restart explorer again. It takes longer than just using the old .dll file

Well I had a different bug or maybe it's the same bug with a different symptom. After reboot the language bar was docked to taskbar despite I had hidden it because it serves me no purpose. So, I ran rundll32.exe Shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL input.dll,,{C07337D3-DB2C-4D0B-9A93-B722A6C106E2} to go to Text Services and Input Languages and found out that changing the radio button setting in there was no longer causing the associated registry value to be updated in the Windows registry. I.e., the data for the DWORD value named ShowStatus that's under HKCU\Software\Microsoft\CTF\LangBar should change to 3 if you press F5 (Refresh) in the Registry Editor after you change this radio button setting to Hidden, but for me the number was 4 and refused to change to 3. Manually changing it to 3 followed by rebooting didn't help either. The language bar ignored the registry, which ignored the radio button. I then followed the steps described in Brink's tutorial to add the en-US language and I removed it again after, exactly how I described. The bug immediately went away, surprisingly just like that.
