Phonelink has worked seamlessly for a couple of years now....so all good with router/signal etc.

Noticed recently that by default....phone was 'offline'....so waited for QR code request before proceeding.
Now....am totally locked out.
Have tried reinstalling link to windows on phone....but find myself presented with 'Cannot connect to Google Services'

I need some step by step help if that is possible....Please!!!

patience -- people arn't monitoring these forums every 5 mins -- I know anybody under around 25 spends all day either on phones or other screen devices but us "older" folk like to do some "old fashioned things" like Going to Football / taking dogs for walks, D.I.Y stuf etc -- maybe even visiting grandkids . You'll get your answer soon enough if people have a solution.

cheers

@MisterKevster
Are you signed in to your MS account on both the Link To Windows Mobile App and the Phone Link Desktop App?

Hmmm..., if your device(s) are linked to your MS account, they should be selectable from Settings/Devices...

On the phone open Google Store and search for Google Services to install or update it. If that doesn't work you have to manually find the installation package (.apk) on a third-party site using Chrome, download it and install it. Search for "Google services apk". This is a little more advanced, I hope you can get it from the Store.
