no hdd to be found for installation windows 11

I made my partition of Windows 11 bigger and when I wanted to boot my PC stopped working.
now it turns out that when I wanted to reinstall Windows that no disk could be found.
I have 1 m.2 samsung and 3 other hdd's but none is visible for installation.
I did have a small drive from my old laptop and connected it via usb and tada he found it.
Unfortunately, I got the message that Windows 11 could not be installed on a usb connected hdd.
I connected another HDD but couldn't find the word either.
who knows

You have to insert your storage controller driver (Intel Rapid Storage Controller IRST)during install before the disks will be seen., as per the step 11 in the tutorial.

Unfortunately, some OEMs don't allow that as for example my Dell can only boot in UEFI mode, and I cannot disable VMD at all.
