Solved No options in recovery mode except troubleshoot and turn pc off

If you want to install win11 on the same partition as before, you can find out which it is by having a look with notepad.
The windows partition will contain folders called
program files
program files (x86)
programdata
users
windows

While normally the small system partition is hidden (not assigned a drive letter) and the Windows partition is assigned C:, when looking the disk in Windows Setup or other WinPE environment the small system partition may be assigned C: and the Windows partition that follows assigned D: Don't worry, when back in Windows the small system partition will be hidden again and the Windows partition will be assigned C: as needed to work properly. If you see the graph of the disk, the larger partition should be that of Windows. Click on that and proceed. Clicking any small partitions you should see an error message that Windows cannot be installed there.

Thanks for all the replies, I’m officially back in to windows with it fully functioning but is there any way I can retrieve any data? I tried windows.old in my SSD drive where windows was previously installed and there’s nothing in the windows.old file, no saved date only empty files, if there’s not a assured way, that’s fine, but if there is please tell me, thank you guys for all the help
