No sound after the update

Hi all,

I just installed the recommended updates KB5012159 and KB5012643. Now I have zero onboard sound. No errors were shown in the device manager and nothing was disabled. I have Arctis headphones with their own drivers and they work fine. Any ideas about what happened?

Correction: I stated that incorrectly I should have said KB5012159 is a ,net framework update. I got it backwards but my link is to the right one. I corrected the post.
