I have Windows 11 x64. Since this update, Notepad (Text doc), upon opening, it opens more than one tab. It open 2 or more. The more you open the more tabs it creates. This behaviour is very strange. I had to go to Apps and Uninstall it.
Upon rebooting it went back to the previous version of Notepad (Text doc) with highlighted in yellow at the top; "A new version of Notepad is available. {Install}", At least it works properly with only opening one at a time.
