Occasional black screen after manufacturer logo

Hello, I am experiencing something that's not exactly a problem but still worries me.

A couple of months ago I have bought a Gygabyte G5 KD (gaming laptop, this series), and from quite early on its usage, at times, I would get a black screen after the manufacturer logo. All I would see is the "Gygabyte" logo, the options to access the BIOS or safe mode and whatever, and then a black screen, waiting didn't lead to any change.

Simply turning the laptop off by pressing the power button and restart it would solve the issue, launching the laptop without any other problem.
It never failed to launch after being turned off and on like this.

I know how to access the Event Viewer but I can't figure out what could be the issue.
The machine is new and has suffered no damage and it's costantly updated. I haven't even changed any setting apart from:
1) Having set my own temperature-fan curve (using a built-in function, not the BIOS, so it automatically goes back to the default curve upon being turned off)
2) Using a 3rd party software to disable the turbo boost when I want to play but not produce too much noise in the room. Again, this is set to automatically reset upon turning off the pc, so it can't possibly affect the turning on of the machine.

Hello @lorenzomeulli and welcome to ElevenForujm. :-)

Since the laptop is "new", it would make the most sense to just take it back or contact Gigabyte.
It's still under warranty... make use of it. :-)

Still assembled, still runs. Haven't turned it on for 15 years?
Not sure if it's related, but there's a common issue with TV's where burned out LED's cause the TV to flash the logo and go black. I don't know the exact reason for this, but it sounds like some sort of protection circuit to prevent a short. The repair is to buy an LED strip to replace the bad one and the TV works gain. I doubt you can do this easily to yours if this is the case, so it's best to replace it under warrantee..
