I have an interesting issue that popped up a couple weeks ago. When I do a full cold boot, I get a blue background PowerShell window on the desktop. It's not a useful opening as I can't type anything into the window, and it doesn't look like it actually initialized like a normal PowerShell Window as it has no banner like a normal PowerShell window.
I can close it, and all seems well going forward, just don't know where it's coming from.

Any tips on how to track down where this is coming from?
Here's what I get when I open a normal PowerShell window, probably the same as anyone else.

I did find the pesky little guy, I had removed the file that was scheduled to run as I didn't need it anymore, but forgot to remove the scheduled task.
