Solved Odd Shortcut Appearing On My Thumb Drives.

Hello!
I tried the above but it didn't help! I can't find the ehuse_x4.exe file on my computer! I don't want to format my HDD!!! Is there any way to restore the old setup? Maybe a Windows reinstall would solve it?

Shortcut virus can exist as a "standalone" without ehuse_x4.exe . Try Shorcut Virus Removal Tool referred to in my post #84. Shortcut Virus Removal Tool

also it maybe an idea to delete the swap/page file

Advanced system settings > Advanced > Performance and then the settings button

in this window
Advanced > Virtual memory the change button

in this window
click the drive with the swap/page file
then in the menu below click 'no paging file' then click Set

save the settings and then restart your computer
then you can setup the swap/page again

Virus is here!!!! checked! C:\Users\Public\Documents\esewa ... and than with "Malwarebytes" ehuse_x4.exe delete!
