Office Colorful Dark Theme?

Does anyone know of a way to make the Colorful Office theme (colored boarders) have a black ribbon and black background behind the white page portion? Essentially I am looking for a hybrid of the two, Colorful and Dark.

office 2019. so what i want to do is go to File > Account > and choose Black from the theme dropdown, but i would like to find a custom theme or way to alter the black theme so that it keeps the Colorful theme parts as well (ie - the blue menu bar for Word, Green for excel, etc... like a hybrid between "Black" and "Colorful" themes.. see the concept image:

I use Office 2019 C2R, I had a look at mine and it does not appear possible, but yes it would be nice. Maybe there is a tweak out there but I have never seen it.
