OneDrive sync app

Why does OneDrive sync app have the old settings for the first day or two every time I do a clean install of Windows 11 22H2? I have OneDrive Build 23.107.0521.0001.

I am on release version of 11. Latest build of Onedrive I have is 23.114.0530.0001. In Onedrive settings clicking on the build number takes you
HERE (Onedrive release notes)It tells you which rings have which builds of onedrive. You can manually download it if you do not want to wait until MS rolls it out to you.
23.107.0521.0001 is currently the latest Onedrive build in the production ring. MS is rolling out 23.114.0530.0001 to that ring. https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=860984

I'm not sure what you refer to when you say "old settings"

Is this settings that you used to have?
Settings that Microsoft have since removed from onedrive?
Old folders that do not exist backing up?
