ONN usb 28gb seems to be broken

Can't do anything with it. I there a way to start over from scratch?
I think it is damaged as it is very slow to respond to commands

Thinking to wipe the drive completely and create a new partition or something to make it work again as it is dead in other programs. It takes forever to respond
Plug it in, explorer takes couple minutes to show the drive.
It has been a problem for a while. Unusable.

That is because drive is most likely dead because you can try chckdsk command if you want, but you should give up if chkdsk won't work.

Trying to format now circling icon.....unselected quick format

disk management says not responding.
