Solved Open wt.exe with a clean screen

This should be easy, but the solution eludes me.

When I run wt.exe -p "Windows PowerShell" and wt.exe -p "Command Prompt" , I get this:




I want this:




Is there some way to prevent the "logos" or some way to send a cls as part of the command line?

I'm really hoping for a command line solution, rather than some sort of configuration solution, but I'll take what I can get.

To answer my own question...

wt.exe -p "Windows PowerShell" powershell.exe -nologo
or
wt.exe powershell.exe -nologo

and

wt.exe -p "Command Prompt" cmd.exe /k
or
wt.exe cmd.exe /k

There's a difference in the window title with the different options above, so they are not identical.

I was going to say, you can open up the Settings in Terminal, and go to Profiles on the left. Under PowerShell and Windows PowerShell, you can add the -NoLogo switch to the Command Line setting.

I wonder how Microsoft can make the Windows Terminal settings so organized, but the generic Windows settings a mess from the front to the back.
