Especially when it seems to be built well. It’s very heavy, nice paint finish. Solid parts.

I had to get my Laptop back off of my Main desk, it ruined the line of my main monitors..., it was buggin the hell outta me!!! :zany:
So, I needed an arm to mount the mini ultra-wide right above the Laptop...

If so, can you suggest any good sites to download free content?
I had an account at rawpixels, and a couple other sites, but, they don't let you have anything for free anymore!!! 🤷‍♂️

I hate out of line monitors also.

You could try Freepik or Pixabay But like all of the image websites these days, you get free images and a lot of premium only.

If you have to manipulate or create a lot of stuff, your company should invest in a paid service..
Even something like Canva, which not only gives you access to content, premium images and videos etc it supplies you with design tools and enables real time collaboration from groups of people. I’ve had a client that uses it and it is my introduction to the web interface. It also allows you to have a desktop app if you are inclined.

I think I'm going to like it. Not being a big time gamer I didn't need an expensive top of the line monitor. This monitor had a 4 and a 1/2 rating out of over 14,500 reviews and was in my price range. All of my monitors I own now peak out at resolution of 1920 x 1080 so this will be the first monitor I have ever owened that has a resolution of 2560 x 1440. I think even my TVs are 1920 x 1080.

I believe it’s a monitor that one of my sons own. Since he bought it, I can’t get him on the phone. I believe he is constantly going “Pew Pew” on his computer lol

I am yet to experience anything above 1920, but I believe it will be great when I finally upgrade (6 monitors) when I hit oil.

I’ve been working on repairing some photographs for a client recently. The images are 160cm wide, thats about 6047 Pixels. I would love a monitor that hits 2560. It would help a lot. I don’t like zooming all the time.

If I wanted 6 large screen monitors I would need to as you said, hit oil or a win a big lottery and buy a bigger house. Our house is very old and small.

I am getting to the point of wanting to drastically downgrade. Upkeep is near impossible at the moment, especially after all the storms / termites/ flooding etc I don’t have it in me anymore.
But the current house is pretty big. My office is 20 x 13 feet. I converted a 6 seater dinning table into a desk, I even extended it so I could accommodate the monitors and the mess I make.

The monotor arrived around 9:30 this morning. I have it hooked and so far I'm very happy with it. I was going to move my 27" curved monitor over to the right and use it to replace the 27" flat screen until I found out that my videocard only has one HDMI output, one DVI and one Display Port. I'll have to wait until I can get a Display Port cable.

Has actually happened to me a few times. I ended up buying a couple of spares for each input. because I can’t help myself.
