Organise Fonts

Hi All, I use many different custom fonts and need to find a way of organising them in custom folders, classes or groups as a lot of my fonts names do not reflect their use ie I have a font from Fender that is called "Strato" and when you have several of theses it hard to remember which one you used.
I would like to be able to organise fonts so when i go into one of my programs i can access fonts from that group separately. Is this possible ?

Thank you abactuon have installed works a treat now I can find all my fonts in one place without opening umpteen files to see what I last used.
