Solved Outlook 2021 Server Address different in Outlook then the Mail app in the Control Panel

When I open Outlook 2021 on the PC I do not get any new Emails.
In Outlook, I go to File/Email Accounts, select the only account and click Repair, Click the Advanced Options, Put a check in the box Let Me Repair my account manually, then click the Repair button.
The Incoming Mail Server setting is pop.yahoo.com
The Outgoing Mail Server setting is smtp.mail.yahoo.com
If I go to Control Panel/Mail (Microsoft Outlook) app
The Incoming Mail Server settings are Inbound.att.net
The Outbound Mail Server Settings are Outbound.att.net all other settings are the same. Which are the recommended settings from ATT.
If I go back to Outlook Repair and I try to change the settings to the Mail app settings, it will Repair It will apply and save. When I open Repair again the settings go back to Pop and SMTP previous settings.
The Test message gets sent and received fine after Repairing, applying and saving
If I go to the ATT.net mail browser Email, I will see unsent Spam and maybe one Email that did not get sent, and the Test messages that were sent to Outlook desktop.
It is not a big deal, because this is not my main Email address, but I just wonder why the settings in Outlook will not save

@glassutter as stated, I setup my Email settings exactly as the link states for ATT.net, and it kept Reverting back to the POP and SMTP settings in the Outlook app automatically, while keeping those settings in the Mail app in Control Panel.

I created a new Outlook profile on another computer. It Defaulted to the POP and SMTP settings as the previous computer automatically. I typed in the Inbound, Outbound Server settings instead and typed in my ATT password, It rejected the Email Address, Server settings and Password. I logged into ATT.net Webmail with the same Email Address and Password, it logged in fine. I went back to original computer and into the Mail app in Control Panel reset the Server settings back to Default in Outlook POP and SMTP settings and it saved, it sent and received the test Email. I'm not sure why the Mail app and Outlook had different settings but apparently, Outlook didn't like it. Now both have the same setting. Which is NOT the settings listed in the link in post #2

IDK either, but I set it up the way it wants itself to be and it works. Even though it is not the way ATT recommends it.
