Outlook (Office 2021) using a local account?

Thinking of buying Office 2021 Home & Business.

Anyway, just hoping someone can confirm that I can use Outlook w/my Local account; not needing to sign in to Microsoft whenever I open Outlook.

Yes, I log on with a local account. My Microsoft account only came into play when the software was registered.
