Hello.
I hope I can describe the problem properly. It's not a stopper but I can't figure out why it happens.

I'm using Edge 141.0.3537.92 in Win11. I came across this problem about a few weeks ago, so not sure when exactly it started.

I go to a vendor's site to check for available updates.
When I follow a link to get to a page with some more descriptions for an update, I get the new page with a number of links in it for various things. So far, so good.
So I follow the link, say for Changelog,

At this point, I should get a new page that can fit the data. Either a single non-scrollable page, or a scrollable multi-page.
But it doesn't happen like this anymore.
Some pages behave and some always truncate the data and behave as single-page. The mouse scroll has no effect and the scroll toolbar disappears from the right of the page.
Saving the page, picks up only the truncated single-page.

At the same time, if the problematic page is opened by Chromium or Firefox, it displays properly.

Hard to believe the vendor's pages have been mis-programmed especially since other browsers read them just fine.

Anybody has come across this and has an idea of what might be the setting that could cause this in Edge?

Thanks in advance for any pointers.

Could you provide an example URL where this happens?

I had another example (of an open) page that I didn't keep.
The one I mentioned above is in Chaos.com (graphics-related programs). I have an account there though any temp account would do.
Let me browse around in case I come up with another page and save you some time.

That was quick :)

I signed out from that site, deleted any obvious cookies for it and tried:

1) Go to Chaos: Industry-leading design and visualization software
2) Select and open 'Learning'
3) Select and open 'Webinars' (the page looks as it should, scrolling and all).
Go back to 'Learning'
4) Select and open 'Product Documentation' (the page is partial and no scrolling is available). You can verify with Chromium, Safari and maybe others.

Thanks for trying it out.
I'm checking the extensions and compare them between Edge and Chromium browsers but so far I haven't located the culprit.
We'll see... The day is young :)

I think I figured out why it behaves so, but I'm not sure how to force the browser to do it.

First off, extensions weren't involved.
By deleting cookies and cache of the site, at some point the site threw up a popup asking to store all cookies or just the functional ones. I selected 'functional' only and the page came up as it should.
I kept on retrying to clarify the sequence of how to get to that point on purpose rather than by luck, and am now where I started :)

So the question is, what throws up this initial cookie selection popup, and how to clear up that selection and force it to run again?

Still in the dark concerning a proper resolution.
Nevertheless, a fix (temporary probably) came out of the blue.

I started looking at cookie extensions (I already had a couple) and tried one called "CookieManager - Cookie Editor" from MS Edge Addons site.
No idea what it did but it must have reset or initialized some cookies store somewhere.
When I opened up a tab with my test site and went through the steps, there came up the popup to accept functional cookies only, etc.
And the page worked properly again :)

As a confirmation test, using the same addon, I deleted the cookies of that site, disabled the addon, and reloaded the site.
The 'functional only' popup came up and eventually the problem page working just fine.

I might not know what on earth happened, but now I have the addon to fix similar problems :)

Thank you much for taking time to find a solution to this.
