Are you saying that Program X starts automatically? If so check the Windows Startup folder.

To find the Windows 11 startup folder, press
Windows Key + R, type shell:startup, and click OK to open the personal folder, or use shell:common startup for all users. These folders are typically located at %appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup.

Windows pro or higher, but applocker is nice. Best thing to do is to have a password on your account, and create a new user not admin and have them use that.
