PC is crashing unexpectedly, and the BIOS load time


When I go into my computer it flickers and flashes at a speed that I can’t comprehend

He put newer computer parts in it with failing parts and now my efi system partition got corrupted

I would try reinstalling Windows again and if that doesn't fix the problem or the problem comes back then see if he will try putting a different ssd in your system.

That's the hardest thing I have found with people who build their own pc's because they always think if data can go onto an ssd it must be working just fine and that's not always the case,I'm not saying it's 100% certain that is the case with what's going on with your pc but it wouldn't surprise me either.

He has tried reloading it from scratch but most of the older computer parts aren’t entirely compatible with windows 11 and I have reset the computer but the problem comes back

i actually reset the PC myself and everything is all back to normal

As of right now my computer has crashed 25 times this morning and i found out that two of my computer fans weren’t running at full speed and the efi system partition is needing a full repair

Unplug any secondary drives, internal and external for troubleshooting purposes.
Boot into Setup (Bios) Here you should be able to adjust your system fans speeds. You can set them up when you reach a certain temperature as well.
If you can boot into Windows you can do a Repair Install of Windows.
