PC keeps crashing

My PC keeps crashing. It only crashes when i go to load into a game. It will shut down immediately. I can browse the web or watch youtube all day long without issue. I have run memory test. Scanned files and repaired them.I have done a clean wipe of drivers and reinstalled them and the problem still remains the same.I get these warnings
The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
{2593F8B9-4EAF-457C-B68A-50F6B8EA6B54}
Also i get
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000113 (0x0000000000000019, 0x0000000000000001, 0x00000000000010de, 0x0000000000002489).
Also i got this a few times but did not pop up on most recent crash:

Yes, you need to post the logs so @zbook (or anyone else experienced in this) can analyze them, but I can tell you that nvlddmkm points to your Nvidia graphics. I will also tell you that in recent weeks there have been multiple reports of crashes from people that are using the Geforce RTX 30 series graphics cards. Once the logs are analyzed, zbook will advise you further.
