Permanently Remove Function to Create ANY New Account (Whether Local or MS) on a PC

Also prevent anyone Guest logging
is this possible? by reg hack/gpedit or any other way?
Let us assume currently you are the sole operator of the PC, and you are a
User with Administrator Rights of a Local Account.

I dunno lol, like completely remove the Create New Account button or something.
if this is possible to be done, 'default (new) user' circumstances become redundant for the rest of this windows installation,
and no longer any disparity between Current & All Users.

1 Leave the Guest account disabled.
2 You cannot stop an Admin creating new user accounts. Any barriers you put up can be undone by that Admin.

What would you hope to gain by stopping new accounts being created?
- Are you trying to make sure that you have no solutions available to you if your existing Admin account gets corrupted?

Denis is absolutely correct. You severely limit yourself if your account becomes corrupted. And it does happen. If you are worrying about security, use a extra stong password that only YOU know to open your current account or use biometrics if available on your system.
