Also, If you can't find the phones DS-card and Internal storage in Explorer while plugged in using USB, then check your USB connection settings on you phone, and make sure Windows gets permission to see the phone content.

Mike,

There ought to be a USB connection sound in the computer when you connect the USB cable.
Then, when you tell the phone you want to use the connection for file transfers, there should be a USB disconnection sound followed immediately by another USB connection sound.
If those sounds are not happening then I suspect either the cable or the phone.

Is Device manager showing the phone or showing any warnings when the phone is connected by USB?
In my case, the Device manager entry is only shown up to the point when I tell the phone that the connection is for file transfers. It disappears when I make that selection.

Nothing but I cca see massages and calls made from phone. which should be enough proof that it's actually connected.

Without those sounds, Windows is not seeing the phone as connected.
Windows does not care what your other app says.

BT is turned off on phone and USB adapter disconnected. only cable right now.

Did you follow Samsung's installation instructions?
I no longer have a Samsung phone and all I recall is that the driver had to be installed whilst the phone was disconnected.
I also recall preparing for it in Device manager by displaying hidden devices [i.e. devices not currently connected] & uninstalling all the old phone entries.

Yes, USB device drivers are usually supposed to be installed while disconnected. That's how it was for printer and scanner as well as joystick.
In DM I exposed hidden devices but there was nothing about phone, Searched for new devices, no luck either. Finally went for old trick. to install Legacy device, Samsung phone was there but after it installed got this,.

Now I got as far as being able to pair and connect phone to PC by BT, can see ans send messages and call a phone but pictures are still limited.

Ok, forget the Phone Link app...it is limited and only MS can fix that for you when they decide your phone is fully compatible.

You should troubleshoot USB. On your phone you should select different connection mode as described above. Or at least try a different USB port and cable connecting to your PC.

You have the ADB debug driver installed. I have used that in the past but don't now because it is not necessary.
