Solved Phone Link app starts on it's own

My Phone Link app is disabled for auto startup and also disabled from auto show when I sign in to windows.
However it starts on it's own in background at random time, I can tell because the tray icon appears in taskbar.

Right click try icon -> "quit" quits the app but after some time it again appears in tray.

Problem is that the app can't be uninstalled, but anyway I'd prefer to make it stop running on it's own instead of using hackery to remove it.

btw. my phone and the app are linked

Hi zebal. I am not at my PC atm, but I recall it doing it to me also. Stoping it in Start Up Apps wasn't enough. I believe I fixed it by going into the Phone Link App, clicking on the cog (settings) top right of the app and disabling start, or open with windows.

I have it disabled already and it works only to not start with windows, however I've just unlinked my phone at so far the app didn't auto start.
It appears to happen when phone is linked and you come close to PC with phone then it will make it start on PC.
