The "Share" photo option in the Photos app doesn't work. A window with a spinning circle of dots appears for a moment and then nothing. Please help me solve this problem.

Any lower than the setting posted will give you the spinning circle.
Just do it once and then put it back as it was to see.
A reboot is necessary.
