Pictures Folder MIA

Yesterday I noticed my Documents folder was gone too. Just wasted hours reinstalling and re-setting up the system. All because OneDrive. There must be a class action lawsuit about OneDrive at this point.

This has been a helpful discussion and the PICTURES folder has kind of returned with it's proper blue tone, but I still can't get it to appear in Quick Access or the left side panel of File Explorer. So there's no correct way to fix this without a reinstall of the OS?
In the left Navigation pane of File Explorer anything above This PC are usually shortcuts to the actual folder, e.g. Documents, Downloads, Pictures, Music, Videos, etc., refer to the folders in C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\, will be shown on the right-click and Properties of an item.

Thank you, but it was worth the install to get this the way it's supposed to be --
