i had 2 pc's both running windows 11,and both using the same pin sign in..e.g my date of birth. i sold 1 pc to my s in l and it was all fine until yesterday when his monitor stopped working. so i gave him a new monitor, but the pin sign in, is now not recognized.so can't get anywhere to change the pin..finger's crossed hoping you guys have the solution
