I called Denon about this, they told me that the AUTOULET device would work, even though it did nothing. However, after doing some further research, I purchased the Analog to Digital, which still did nothing. But the Bluetooth sounds the best if it will work. 1737261020322.webpautoutlet.webp

The easiest way is via 3.5mm AUX to Dual RCA cable. This cable is very easy to find or you may have one already that came with your receiver.

I went down the USB path from the PC because I'm not a fan of the quality of sound from onboard audio in PC. The final comment I'd make is get one thing working at a time when integrating an AVR with PC etc. It makes it much easier to get it all going.

Isn't a DAC device the device that I mentioned in my post #21? Because I have it set up like that, but it doesn't work.

Do you have wireless on the Dell? if so you wont need 2 Bluetooth devices! as the Dell wireless module should already have Bluetooth.

If not go for the USB adapter.

2 Bluetooth devices? Well, of course my Dell computer has Bluetooth, however, I'm just not sure if my Denon has Bluetooth, which I don't think it has. But I'll have to call about that tomorrow.

According to Denon's full specifications the AVRX1400H does have Bluetooth.

I would like to get as close to audiophile sound as possible. Therefore, is the USB path from the PC better sounding than a Bluetooth setup? Does anyone know?

USB vs Bluetooth. Imho USB audio is better. USB audio will most likely require a windows driver.
