popups still

so last month i was talking about how to get rid of that darn ebay popup. i got a lot of answers and even was told to go to firefox so that UBO could remove them, as chrome will not allow UBO anymore it only allows UBL. well i set UBO up on one pc and got UBO going on that pc and still i get that same popup. i have chrome on 1 pc and FF on this pc and still this popup shows. almost every thing i look at on ebay has this popup and i have to at least click off the popup to have it go away. so i have every single box checked in the UBO settings and saved and it still comes back. is there some setting i either have to take away or some rule to add? if i right click on that popup and remove it then when i go into purchases and click on track package the page goes dark and the tracking will not show so i can't track the items.

or has ebay figured out how to get around all the popup blockers and now so they can show up? if so then it may not be long before every single site has one. the fix it site has a popup` and it is impossible to remove and still read the answers so i do not use that site anymore.

I think eBay is in direct control of that ad, hard to block those. The pop-up blockers work on 3rd party ads, not ads that are part of the basic webpage. That's the one ad I see with the uBlock, but it nukes almost all the others.

ok that just may be why i can't get rid of it. but a few months ago before chrome took UGO away i was sure i had it blocked. but maybe ebay just turned it off for a bit also. thanks

I'm using Firefox, so I still have the full UBO capability. I love it, but that's the one popup I've seen that's annoying.

As we’re not supposed to be discussing Ad Blockers in this forum, I’d suggest you simply close the ad. It’s not that hard to do, Bob, as annoying as it is.

yes as win11 has there share of them also.
