Power Mode vs. Power Option

On Windows 11 Pro's Settings/System tab, there is "power mode".

But on the Power Options app, there is "Power Plan".

The two settings are not the same. How do they interact with each other?

It's a right muddle, isn't it? I prefer the settings in Control Panel as they are more granular.

Here is a great utility for quickly setting all the various options. It works on Win 10 and Win 11

The Power settings hasn't worked on mine for weeks, I just get a Settings crash when I click on it. I can use the control panel to change plans
