I had used this app (PowerSettingsExplorer) to open up Power Settings normally hidden by Windows. I'm not sure sure why (Windows update?) but it no longer works. Opening the app shows all of the settings but I'm no longer to make any changes and save them. Does anyone know if there's a similar app that allows you to unhide power settings or make changes?
