Let's start with the most obvious step, checking that the package exists, please open an elevated command prompt and then enter the following command:

Rich (BB code):
powershell Get-AppxPackage -Name *WindowsStore* >> %userprofile%\Desktop\Package.txt

Please attach the Package.txt file to your next post.

Right click Start>Terminal with admin rights & enter:
icacls "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps" /reset /t /c /q To reset the permissions for Microsoft App Store & all Apps to default.
If that doesn’t work then reinstall all MS apps:
Right click Start>Terminal with admin rights & enter:
Get-AppxPackage -allusers | foreach {Add-AppxPackage -register "$($_.InstallLocation)\appxmanifest.xml" -DisableDevelopmentMode}
If that doesn’t work:
Try Solution 9: Use the Preinstalled Apps Zip to Reinstall Microsoft Store:

If that doesn’t work then try the suggestion here:

Works for Win 11 too.

Hi, the command returned an error:
Interesting, it worked on my own machine so can't see why it would fail on yours?

Anyway, I was going to recommend the same suggestions as the others so please follow the EF tutorials mentioned in your BC thread. Please note that it's considered bad etiquette to cross post between forums.

It seems you've tried most of the fixes :confused:
Check your time and date is correct and also no proxy server is set up. Settings -Network and internet -Proxy. All should be off.

Failing that try a repair install. Option 2.
