OS
windows 11
I was playing Civ VI when I left the game it would occasionally show a blue screen, a reboot and everything was good. However, the game eventually slowed to a crawl. contacted the game support team and they had me do a lot things, i.e., uninstall, re-install, check game file integrity etc. After about a week, they said they were at the end of their capability. The Support Tech said I had a Radar Pre-Leak. I have no idea what that is even after I looked it up.

Is this fixable?

Thanks

Hey, So windows RADAR i believe is windows automatic memory leak detector. Doesn't necessarily mean there is one, I had it once with a game years ago, It didn't crash me out or cause me issues other than the event viewer logs telling me it was there.
Worth giving these ago.

Open an elevated command prompt( Run as admin) and paste
Code:
sfc /scannow
It should provide a log here
Code:
C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log
Provided C is where you're windows resides.
Open another Elevated command prompt and type in
Code:
CHKDSK
