My game is alt+tabbed randomly sometimes, or i am on webpage and it snaps back somehow!!! I don't think it is notifications - they are disabled! And I don't think it is background apps (I can't find this category on Windows 11). But I disabled everything in OOSU shut up! No one what this could be, it is hard to trace...

Thanks for help!

Start by checking Settings, System, Multi tasking to see if turning off any of those options helps, next check whether the games you are playing use any key combinations you might be using often that coincide with Windows shortcut keys, or maybe you are hitting the Win key by mistake.
The Apps section is on the main Settings page, on the left hand side, should be 5th category down.
Are you using any 3rd party customisation, recording or monitoring apps that might have key bindings the same as the games, or keyboard apps running?

Well you are using a non standard install of Windows, the only way to track down the cause is to uninstall/ disable all 3rd party apps/ utilities, non essential drivers etc, then turn them back on/ reinstall them one at a time until you find out what is causing it.
You say notifications are off but the notification part of Windows is not the only way an app could steal focus or interupt another app, this could be caused by the driver for a piece of hardware (Nvidia drivers, maybe update) check the Event viewer for anything coinciding with the issue, your anti virus or even OOSU.
I can say that I don't see the issue on a standard Windows install running my usual apps and games, full screen, exclusive or otherwise on build 22621.1194.

Check your hardware also, after evaluating your OS install - could be a faulty key sticking

Thanks for help, but I don't think this is cause of the issues. I will keep these mind in any case!

Non standard windows install? Where did you get that?

Focus should be also off, when i expand that menu: it shows only button - start focus.

Multitasking is also off.

As I explained I didn't install any new third party apps and have these installed forever, it didn't happen. That never works and is waste of time doing randomly every possible thing... It is will be probably very hard to pin down...

Also didn't installed any new drivers, it is improbable that drivers would cause this!

I use currently just Windows Defender, i should have updated my info.

OOSU highly doubt is culprit it doesn't run after you set the settings and it is perfectly safe to use. It just changes privacy settings in windows. It doesn't do changes on executive level.

I didn't see/Find anything in event log about OOSU.

No idea what you mean, either way this is original install of Windows 11.

So i just registered here because i have the same issue since i installed Win11 and i didn't find anything similar anywhere on the internet.

So, new PC since a year ago with Windows 11 Enterprise x64 and this only seemed to happen before only when playing games, in the beginning i mostly played CSGO and almost always at random times it would alt+tab out for no apparent reason, now i play games like Rimworld, Rising Storm 2 and it also keeps alt+tabing out of it.

After digging a bit looks like some program is making windows focus on something else so i downloaded JocysCom.FocusLogger and the culprit seems to be always the same program i have called DesktopOK that saves the location of icons in the desktop because sometimes when messing with the games resolution it would also mess my icons into random positions.

desktop-OK.png

Now what doesn't make sense is that i always had this program on Windows 10 and i never had a problem but i also have to note that on my previous PC with Windows 10 i had a GPU(MSI 1080) and right now i don't, being on integrated graphics(I712700K UHD770).

Also this doesn't mean it is definitely DesktopOK but it's what i could figure out so far.

So @empleat do you also have DesktopOK or have you ever found a solution to this?
