I actually contacted the official customer care regarding the issue and they told me to go into advanced bios and disable the C states, i asked them as to why, what could be the explanation behind that and they replied that its an issue with intel processors , is that true?

I always have C states to auto. According to Google AI:

Disabling Intel C-states will cause the CPU to remain at higher clock speeds, which can improve performance in latency-sensitive applications like gaming and certain professional workloads. However, this will significantly increase power consumption and heat, and will prevent the CPU from entering lower-power states, so the computer will be less efficient and not go into a proper sleep mode.

This is definitely hardware related issue. From my 15 years experience of laptop repairs, I assume that the reasons would be:

1. Just loose LCD cable going from motherboard to LCD panel. More likely loose on panel side from my experience.
2. Worn-out/damaged LCD cable (Those cables are quite thin and contain 30 or 40 individual extremely thin cables)
3. Worst case LCD panel itself, but i doubt that.

It could temporarily fix it as it resets the power going into the cable. Its weird but seen it happening in past. Best thing to do is take it good local repair shop. Just be careful. Some people would quote you for full display assembly (whole top part of laptop, including, lcd panel, frame, hinges, camera, wifi antenna...) just so they dont have to diagnose issue correctly.

Hmm... I see , nice observation well i have it under warranty so i will tell the Lenovo customer care technician to do exactly that

If its under warranty, then definitely claim under warranty. Just make aure you backup your data before, just in case they replace the whole laptop for you.
