Hi,

First of all, I'm not good at English, some content maybe translated by AI (Only the word can't describe on English language).

I was format and install Windows 11 Pro version 25H2 for whole upgrade system (I used Windows 11 Home version 23H2 before, but Microsoft doesn't let me update to 25H2 i don't know why.) And I got an BSOD for first time I'm using this PC.

I got an BSOD after install driver from Gigabyte (they scanned and recommend driver need to update or install) but it didn't happen immediately after install/update driver. It happening randomly i can't predic what time it gonna show BSOS but it happened white using Microsoft Edge browsing and watch youtube video.

Things I tried before post new thread.
- Memtest86+ = I'm using Ram 4 slot with dual channel. I tried remove RAM 1 pair and tested around 7-8 hours and show PASS no error. So now I'm using 16GB. I didn't try other RAM yet.
- Reinstall Graphic driver = Uninstall by DDU both Nvidia and Intel GPU, Disable automatically install drivers and download GPU and I downloaded Nvidia driver from official site.
- Reinstall Windows = I did clean install windows 2 time and still got same BSOD

BSODs are 90% driver and 10% hardware failure. If this is a custom built computer then you will want to make sure all drivers are updated from the manufacturer sites

I did OCCT test 2 times first it was no any error appears but it was frozen after an hour need to restart it. And second time (This post) it found error VRAM from my graphic card (i didn't saw that error coming on second tests. I did same option both first and second).

PS. I did 1 to 4 already before OCCT Test.

Some tests that were performed may be repeated.

2) Run Memtest86+ for 8 or more passes > take pictures > post images or share links

Memtest86+ | The Open-Source Memory Testing Tool

Just 1 error is a test fail and testing can be aborted.

The more the passes the better the testing conditions.

It sometimes takes passes into the 20's to detect malfunctioning RAM.

The RAM can be tested all at one time or one at a time in the same DIMM.

I struggled for months with random errors resulting in restarts. I tested memory, and ran all the suggestions I could find, including updating all my drivers, which were all current anyway. I then attempted Windows repairs several times but to no avail. I finally found a fix. Apparently, when updating video drivers, some remnants still remain despite performing "clean installations". So, I downloaded DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) from Wagnardsoft. Be sure to have the version of the video driver already downloaded but not yet installed. I just left it in my Downloads folder for easy access. I followed the recommended procedures and ran DDU, followed by installing the latest Nvidia driver. It's been almost 3 weeks now and the errors and restarts have stopped. Hope this helps.

Should install Intel graphic driver and Nvidia driver or just choose nvidia only?
And are you install driver in Safe mode or normal mode?

That's the point I was making. I always performed a "Clean Installation" under "Advanced" believing it was fullproof and sound. It is not though.
