Please perform the following steps in sequence:

1) Run:

2) Uninstall nxaudio.sys
NoMachine Audio Adapter

Code:
Name NoMachine Microphone Adapter
Manufacturer NoMachine
Status OK
PNP Device ID ROOT\*NXVVC\0000
Driver C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\DRIVERS\NXAUDIO.SYS (6.8.1.162, 37.30 KB (38,200 bytes), 3/17/2022 4:54 PM)

Code:
nxaudio NoMachine Audio Adapter c:\windows\system32\drivers\nxaudio.sys

3) Replace the driver for nxaudio.sys later in the thread:

4) Make a new restore point:

5) Restart Windows Drivier Verifier (WDV) and add this additional customized test:
[ ] 0x00020000 DDI compliance checking

6) Post a new V2 into the newest post for any new BSOD

7) Run: https://aka.ms/GetPCHealthCheckApp
Post images or share links displaying the results.

8) Download and install: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp138001-138500/sp138354.exe

9) Plan to run the HP UEFI hardware diagnostics overnight:
a) Power on the computer repetitively clicking F2 or F10
b) Run: extensive > loop until error > the next day if it has made 2 or more loops > click esc > take pictures with a camera or smartphone camera > post images into this thread displaying the tests performed with results

@tcaschy021 I would focus on removing the nxaudio.sys driver and then disable Driver Verifier. If the system doesn't crash for another week or so then the problem should be able to safely assumed to be solved. On the other hand, if it does crash within the next week or so, then please upload the latest crash dumps.

Well, looks like I got another BSOD. Kernel stop this time, chassis fans going 100% and then froze at the BSOD (didn't restart) here is a link to the v2 log. In general system seems more reliable though.

I've not looked at the new V2 yet.

Please continue with the steps in the earlier post (#5) and report results as they are completed.

The Stop 0x13A is going to be impossible to debug without a kernel memory dump, although, it is usually indicative of driver problems. The Stop 0x3B would be quite easy to debug, however, unfortunately since it is only a Minidump, much of the information is paged out.

I would recommend that you enable Driver Verifier with the recommended settings as suggested here.

OK new BSOD after the driver verifier settings changed.

This time, had edge open (1 tab), and listening to music with Winamp (yes, I'm old school) via wired network connection.
