Data is backed up nightly.... Replacing that drive is now on my to-do list -I'll need to replace it before testing as I use the computer daily for work that depends on user files on this drive. Should only take a day or two to get transferred over to new drive.

I'm intrigued how this drive hasn't shown up as problematic prior to running HD Sentinel - thoughts?

Correct?

The problematic drive is to be detached.

If there is computer stability then this identifies / supports the drive as the cause of the BSOD.

If computer instability continues then hardware component testing will restart.

UPDATE - just finished cloning to new drive. Beginning test with old, faulty drive removed today. Reminder - these crashes are intermittent and don't happen with any specific event. So, it may be today or next week before next crash (if one happens). Will update accordingly.

UPDATE - new crash today (KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (1e)) about 12 hours after removing the faulty hard drive.

results of Furmark test below - I see nothing of note

Results of Prime95 test below - one notable item (worker #2 failed early in test). Unsure of significance. Have run 2 other CPU testing tools extensively with no issues noted but this does get my attention. Temps got up to 95, 96C a few times throughout test but did not stay there log. I didn't see anything of note in voltages.

The event viewer link started 06/29/2004.

There were problematic drive (bad blocks) entries seen on 09/28, 09/29 and 10/01.

Run the multiple OCCT 1 hour tests > post images or share links

Regarding bad blocks - all those errors were during the period the faulty drive was still attached. I am pretty certain those errors refer to the now removed faulty drive.

correcting previous post... I've run OCCT before but will do so again. Will update with results.

@zbook - I ran several memtests for both sets of memory shortly before starting this thread (no errors in any of the tests). However, I can do another run tonight and post tomorrow.
Also... FYI - I will be posting the OCCT GPU test results around 3:30PM CT today. Are there any other OCCT tests you'd like to see
