@zbook I think we are not connecting on the bad blocks discussion. The drive that had bad blocks has been uninstalled. The last chkdsk I posted is for a brand new drive that replaced the drive that had bad blocks. Are you saying you think another drive other than that faulty drive I removed also has bad blocks? If so, which drive and what are you seeing that brings about that conclusion?

Memtest is running right now. Will resume OCCT after.

Memtest86+ | The Open-Source Memory Testing Tool

Just 1 error is a test fail and testing can be aborted.

The more the passes the better the testing conditions.

It sometimes takes passes into the 20's to detect malfunctioning RAM.

The RAM can be tested all at one time or one at a time in the same DIMM.

HD Sentinel by default will relocate bad blocks on all drives with available areas..

Memtest86+ 4 passes - both memory sticks - no errors. As a reminder, I have run memtest86+ against these 2 memory sticks at least 5 times each (4 passes) with no errors ever being detected. I'll run one more pass tonight just to confirm this.

Regarding HD Sentinal - I understand your information. I just want to be sure we are on the same page. The only drive that ever showed any bad blocks has been uninstalled. There are no drives installed that have ever indicated any bad blocks at any time. The errors in the latest event viewer records were related to the now uninstalled disk drive.

If Memtest86+ results display pass then plan to perform additional CPU testing or if readily available swap test the CPU.

At a later time a newer V2 can be scanned to make sure the bad block events disappeared.

Below are the links for the 2nd set of 4 passes - Memtest86+ (no errors). Per your previous post, I am running all of the available OCCT tests (1 hour each). Previous posts show CPU+RAM (no errors) and GPU (3D adaptive - 1 hour - no errors).

Unfortunately, the CPU is the one HW component I don't have a spare to swap. While I can and will purchase one as appropriate, I'm hoping for something solid to highlight a CPU HW issue.

@zbook - heads up... during the OCCT VRAM test, a BSOD occurred "hypervisor error", my retest ran longer but a BSOD occurred before completion (IRQ). I'm doing another 2-3 tests to determine if this is consistent. If so, I will swap the GPU. Will update you as this situation progresses.

The variety of BSOD bugchecks were reported in post #76 which included 2001 hypervisor.

The thread findings so far have indicated malfunctioning hardware.

If the RAM is on the QVL and a lot of Memtest86+ passes are performed without error then swap test the CPU.

BSOD can occur at anytime with malfunctioning hardware.

Thanks and I understand. VRAM test completed - to your point, the Hypervisor Error and the IRQ have been occurring without any clear cause. I'll still run the VRAM test a few more times just to see if there is any correlation to the BSODs. Since the RAM is on the QVL as we discussed earlier in this thread and I've run at least 28 passes on the RAM, the CPU seems to be the most likely next target for a swap.

Had this passed with prior testing (post #77) reported earlier?

Or was the OCCT power test not performed earlier?
