Realtek ALC 4050H Codec driver for Lenovo P620

I've been struggling with this problem every since I bought my new Lenovo P620 in September. My Realtek rear audio port goes into some sort of suspend mode after 10 seconds of idle time and is taking almost 1 second to wake up causing all audio to miss the first second of sound. This ALC 4050H Codec can be found in most AMD motherboards and USB headphone dongles requiring no audio driver. It seems the Lenovo P620 is the only computer having issues with the Realtek driver as a web search found no such issue except for the P620. The P620 has quite a few audio issues with Ubuntu Linux requiring several patches to be designed. If I use the Windows USB Audio 2.0 driver, the problem goes away. Unfortunately, the Realtek software no longer recognizes the device and the auto switching of ports no longer works... if you plug headphones in the front jack, the rear audio speakers continue to play.
I've tried several drivers from other AMD motherboards using the ALC4050H Codec and most won't install correctly as they have drivers for other Realtek devices like ALC1220. The ASUS Realtek driver is interesting as it has a small .reg file signed by Shawn Brink from TenForums.
I've contacted everyone... Lenovo, Realtek and a bunch of other forums. My knowledge of computers is above average and I've tried the normal registry tricks like changing the power scheme in "[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4d36e96c-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}\0002\PowerSettings\] "IdlePowerState"=hex:02,00,00,00... changing the value to hex:00,00,00,00 has no effect as the driver is following it's own "IdlePowerState"
Perhaps someone might have a suggestion or idea?

This Realtek driver has a mind of it's own... it doesn't respond to any changes in power settings. It seems to need a constant call for Audio to keep it powered up. One second is a long time for an audio device to respond for a request for audio. The Windows USB 2.0 Audio driver works correctly, I don't believe it's a hardware issue. If it is a hardware issue, new motherboards will need to be made.

what version of the Realtek ALC 4050H Codec driver do you currently have installed, HHH03?
check Device Manager (devmgmt.msc) in the sound, video and game controllers section - should be 6.3.9600.22xx something

Same thing was happening with my SB drivers. Been using this for a while with great success.
It did work!!! Now my Realtek Driver is working correctly. Now I need to figure how to make this an auto start program.

Update... I placed the Soundkeeper.exe here "C:\Windows\System32\SoundKeeper64.exe" and created an auto startup in the Task Scheduler. It auto starts when the computer does and all is good now.... Thanks for the tip!!!

The Realtek Driver Version is 6.3.9600.2258 and is especially designed for the Lenovo P620. Scott suggested trying "Sound Keeper.exe" and that actually fixed the problem. I need to figure how to make it an Auto Start program when the computer starts up so I don't have audio issues.

No problem :) was driving me nuts too for a long time. As for auto startup, Win+r, shell:startup
Copy and paste into the startup folder and done.

EDIT: I see you found another way to auto start it.
