It's been almost 1 year since I purchased my Lenovo P620. After two replacement computers... Lenovo acknowledge the Realtek Audio Driver 6.3.9600.2299 for the ALC 4050H doesn't work correctly.
Obviously, any sound card or device that turns itself off after 10 seconds of idle time is going to be annoying... imagine your monitor going black every 10 seconds because you're not interacting with your computer.
Recently, Windows update did release a new Realtek driver 6.3.9600.2321 It still powers down after 10 seconds causing the popping sound in the speakers, this version does delay the audio until the driver is fully powered up... the sounds aren't truncated any longer.
This isn't as annoying as having 1 second of sound missing although the speaker popping is still present.
Many new motherboards are using this USB Audio Chip and the more advanced ALC4080, I don't understand why it's so difficult for Realtek to fix this driver... Just change the damn driver power state mappings and it will be fine.
Any suggestions are welcome.

downgrade to Windows 11 21H2 (build 22000.x) and test again OR update your 22H2 build to the recently released 22622.586 build
seems those usb audio driver versions you were using {2299 & 2321} are not fully compatible with 22H2 (build 22621/22622)
plus the OS build you're running (22622.575) is an insider beta build that won't be finalized

edit - or test this 6.3.9600.2327 version from MS Update Catalog which is 22H2 compatible, according to MS

I have tested 6.3.9600.2327 and there's no difference far as the popping sounds after 10 seconds. I remember awhile back when non-USB Realtek audio drivers had a similar problem with powering down after 10 seconds which could be fixed by modifying the registry... preventing the power state D2. The registry trick doesn't work with the USB Realtek device. The generic Windows USB 2.0 audio driver doesn't use D2 and works very well with no popping noises.
Dell will be releasing a new Workstation using the ALC4050H soon, I'm quite sure the Dell community will discover this issue and a redesigned audio driver will be released.

I have a Polk Audio soundbar connected to my digital output. It would turn itself off every 20 seconds if no audio was playing. It's a feature of the soundbar, which got very annoying.

I've been using this since Win 10. It plays an inaudible sound to keep my soundbar on. May be useful for you.

I've used Sound Keeper before... it doesn't work well with Windows 11 as it doesn't allow the computer to enter sleep state... the workaround listed on VEG,BY's webpage didn't work with my computer.

AAWW F*CK SH*T, MICROSOFT!

It seems that the 6.3.9600.2327 driver from the Microsoft Catalog site is no longer available as it was "de-listed" or was pulled from that site earlier this September 2022 as attempting to search for 6.3.9600.2327 from MS produces no results (like WTH/WTF, Microsoft?)

Dell will be releasing a new Workstation using the ALC4050H soon, I'm quite sure the Dell community will discover this issue and a redesigned audio driver will be released.

and wth/wtf, HHH03 - why are you mentioning about Dell releasing a new workstation when you originally said you have a Lenovo P620? so which new computer are you getting huh, Dell or Lenovo?

well why don't you tell Realtek yourself by contacting/emailing them here? sheesh!

I’ve emailed Realtek at least 5 times. The Dell community is more assertive about products not working correctly… fixes are released relatively quickly on new products therefore… Maybe Dell can get Realtek to redesign the driver. Lenovo hasn’t done anything about it so far although have have promised me it would be fixed eventually. The Realtek driver version is 6.3.9600.2325 instead of 6.3.9600.2327 btw.
