Recent Folders is Empty

I've been using Recent Folders in my daily routine on my PC.

One day my Recent Folders suddenly displayed "This folder is empty" and I can't figure out or find anything online on how to restore it.

I think the culprit might've been when I recently tried to change into Secure Boot mood in my bios, (Bloody Battlefield 6 causing all the issues lol)

Does anyone know how to reset my Recent Folders folder so it works again?

Hi thanks for your help. Unfortunately, these steps haven't helped restore my "Recent" folders and they remain empty.
