Redirect to All apps when clicking Start

Hi All,

Is it possible to go to All apps directly when clicking Start? Not to Pinned and Recommended.

you could try using autoit to script it:

CTRL + ESC
pause
TAB
pause
TAB
pause
SPACE

and then create a shortcut to that script, change the icon and place it on your taskbar. i do not have a pc with autoit at the moment, so i cannot test this. i just checked which keystrokes would be necessary to get to that location.

EDIT :: SOLUTION

I had a chance to test it. Use the below script for AutoIT3

Send ("^{ESC}")
Opt ("SendKeyDelay", 150)
Send ("{TAB}")
Opt ("SendKeyDelay", 150)
Send ("{TAB}")
Opt ("SendKeyDelay", 150)
Send ("{SPACE}")

This works with AutoHotKey:

I changed the script to use the more reliable SendInput and made the delay a parameter. You may need to adjust it for your system..

definitely your first script. the latter does not like to work on 1 of my PCs. first works flawlessly for all. thanks for remaking it for autohotkey as an option too

Hmm, should work pretty much the same. Oh well.

I did find that with these macro scripts, if you have the start menu open and click on it, they don't work (brought me to settings -> system. I guess the escape gets ignored since start is already open.

that could be it. but i also noticed that without the delay or with too short of a delay in ahk and autoit, it doesnt like to recognize the 2nd tab stroke... so it messes the whole process up...

Yeah, you need to tune it. Unfortunately there is nothing like 10 where you open start and the list is there on the left
