Since the last update (this night) the registry key that I use to size the taskbar is not working anymore.

I create this Dword key in "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced"; it was working pretty well before.

What can I do?

VIVETOOL, and how to use it...

By enabling or disabling certain 8 digit "ID numbers", you can turn Windows 11 features ON or OFF. In many cases, Vivetool is the "only" way to enable/disable certain features. Make sure you use 3rd party backup software, before you start "tweaking" Windows. Official tutorial...

Hello, Ghot.

I'm on Windows 11 Pro 24H2 and I also have the quesion that the OP has.

In your instruction for the OP, you say:"Do Part B, here... then TaskbarSi will work again."

I read the tutorial on ViveTool you mention above, but don't know what you mean by "Part B" (there is no part B) and also can't find a ViveTool feature listed in that tutorial which may be relevant to the TaskbarSi Registry hack.

Could you shed more light on this? Thank you.

The Vivetool topic was updated a long time ago.
Now... this topic is updated as well.

Microsoft broke the TaskbarSi tweak, 1 or 2 years ago.
