Windows 11 23H2
A few days ago the update showed an update for Intel Software component 1.63.1155.1 and Intel Software Component 1.41.2021.121 .
I installed both, now after a few days, I find that all videos in browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) like youtube etc are choppy and voice stuttering.
I don't know what is the reason for this. I thought of uninstalling these updates but I can't find them.
System Restore didn't work well, I was stuck with no icons on the taskbar except Bluetooth and Antivirus.
I had to roll back the Restore and back to the same problem.
Is there a solution to my problem ?
Kindly help,
Regards

Edit: I found that pausing the Antivirus solved this problem, what the heck is happening here ?

DriverStoreExplorer (RAPR) will show you these drivers and allow you to view the versions on your system, where they reside and allow you to remove them completely or just remove older versions. I believe these are Intel Bluetooth/ wireless drivers.
Autoruns from Sysinternals would allow you to temporarily disable the updated drivers to see if the issues clear up, but of course if they are wireless drivers and you rely on wireless for internet then disabling the drivers may well stop you connecting.
As with anything related to drivers/ updates it is best practice to create a system image with an app like Macrium before making changes, just in case.
Although it seems like you have found that your AV is causing an issue rather than the drivers themselves.

Thanks for the reply.
Earlier I used to create a Restore point whenever drivers were being updated. And successfully restored too. But this time I didn't and the rollback didn't work. I have an image created by Macrium a while back, if this problem continues I will restore,
Thanks and regards

Thanks for the info, I did download RAPR and it showed one dal.inf -intel dynamic application loader host interface. So far I have not done anything with it, it can only be deleted in RAPR.
i uninstalled the Kaspersky antivirus.
I did roll-back the driver in my Wireless driver and the situation didn't seem to improve. (It was 2019 driver rolled back to 2015.)
I use both WiFi and bluetooth headphones all the time. Then I used another headphone and it seemed to work without stuttering !
I will wait for a few more days and experiment and if not satisfied will roll back to a Macrium backup of Nov 2021
Regards and thanks all !
