Solved Renaming NGC folder to reset PIN on Win11 partition without internet connection.

Can you browse to NGC folder using File Explorer if yes use that folder path.

You can use Hirens BootPE to delete that folder using File Explorer below video shows you have to create Hirens BootPE USB flash drive.

The very same path which I tried many times already. With the same results. And I see no typing mistakes..

Me neither like i said on my post 22 use Hiren's to delete NGC folder.

I solved it but now I have a new problem. I got rid of the Ngr folder but now Windows asks me to log in which ALSO needs internet. I`m stuck in the sign in screen.

Actually I needed to listen to you better when you said I needed to use Notepad to access file explorer. I did not understand I needed to type "notepad" in advanced starup > Command Prompt. I was lucky I watched the whole video you sended.. Now, I found out driveletter is I: and the code worked perfectly. It deleted Ngr folder in the right location. But what do I do now? How to get passed Sign in screen? I get the same screen asking me to "retry" or "cancel", leaving me stuck again.

You can enable hidden administrator user account and mange the PIN from this account.

In this video, you will find detailed instructions on how to enable the hidden administrator account on Windows 11,10, 8, 7 or Vista based computer, by modifying the Windows Registry Offline in case you cannot login to Windows by using another account with admin rights.
