I noticed that the Microsoft store for Business service is not there in Windows 11.

By any chance, is there a replacement service?

What does different than the standard Microsoft Store? Have you searched in the standard Microsoft Store? There might be offered to download and install it. Or you can see at Settings, Apps, Optional Features if it is listed there.
