there are two things to consider, the architecture I3, I5, I7 and I9, but also the generation of the processor this is shown on the second code - the one after the I number
we are currently just starting to see 12th Gen Processors I712xxx - Microsoft have stated the only processors with an 8th Generation architecture or later are compatible with Windows 11.
MS have recently revised their break point, and allowed some 7th Gen processors into the compatibility list as the route from Gen7 To Gen 8 softer change with some later processors meeting the criteria for acceptance into the compatibility list.
There are unlikely to be any more additions
